Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at ForceMugs! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

 

1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

 

  • Your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must also be in the original packaging.

 


To start a return, please contact us at forcemugs@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.


Please note:

 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect item).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.

 

2. Damaged or Defective Items

 

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery at forcemugs09@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging.

We’ll send a replacement as soon as we receive photos of the damaged items.

 

3. Refunds

We have a no refund policy, the only thing we can do is offer a replacement if the product arrived damaged or incomplete.

 

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

5. Non-Returnable Items

 

Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

 

  • Personalized or custom-made mugs

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final-sale items
