If we experience a high volume of orders or any production delays (for made-to-order mugs), processing may take a few extra days.

3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey.
Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to become active.

ForceMugs is not responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or other charges that may apply to international orders.
These fees are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.
